These drip pans are the perfect compliment to my 22 1/2 inch charcoal kettle grill. I have used them for more than 15 years and I mostly grill indirect method. My food comes out great and not burned, unless I forget to check them. My friends and family compliment my grilled food and the taste that I have from this method. Most times, I use the pans for more than one grilling set. When they get a good layer of grease and debris in them, I change them. Of course this is MY method.
