Grilling guide/Cookbook combo!!
I was a always a gas grille cook, but after getting a Weber charcoal grill for my birthday last September, I've ditched the gas grill and gone 100% charcoal!
This book has taught me all I need to know to start grilling like a pro. The book is laid out to very easily access different recipes and grilling/prepping techniques. I have several other of Weber's grilling books, but if I had to take one with me on a deserted Island with a grille, this would be the one.
The recipes aren't too complicated and they don't call for too many ingredients that one wouldn't already have at home. So far I've made two recipes (Cider Simmered Brats and Stacked Baby Back Ribs) and both meals turned out incredible and I picked up valuable grilling skills each time as I had never grilled that way before! The recipes themselves are very appealing and the best thing about this book is that every recipe has a nice photograph of what the finished product looks like (or should look like!), for me this is a must for a cookbook!
We have seven or eight more recipes out of this book that will be under our belts by summers end, my stepson and myself will be taking turns on what to grill next, they're going to be delicious.
If you are thinking about buying a Weber Grilling book, choose this one, you won't go wrong!
