Kettle Rotisserie Weber's Best Keep Secret
I’ve got two of these accessories an older three-tab style and a new beaded style. I have a Performer, 2 Sliver Kettles and a Deluxe. So YES, I own Two Rotisseries! I bought my first Rotisserie about 8-10 years ago, along with a co-worker and both of us have never been happier. My second Rotisserie ring I have had for about a year. Turkey is my specialty, I can’t begin to guess how my I have done on that Rotisserie, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day. Father’s Day, Birthdays, Fourth of July. If you can get it on the spit fork you can cook it. Hams, Roast, Turkey, Chicken even Fish. Just please remember whatever you cook, you are doing in-direct. I always use a drip pan filled with some water or Adult Libations. I just wish Weber would link the Rotisserie through their accessories. For this Christmas I did a Turkey and a Spiral Ham, I used my second Rotisserie ring as an extension (no spit) so the Ham would not touch the top of the Kettle. I can do a 14-15 lbs bird in three hours @ 300-350 deg. My Kettle Rotisserie has went up against deep fryers, roasters, smokers and my platter has always wiped clean, I say this because our Thanksgiving has 5-7 birds (55-60 people) and someone is fighting over my carcass for soup. This is the Single Best Accessory you can buy for your Weber Kettle Grill! This thing is so good the one for my Genesis Gold is still in the box. I won’t be where I’m at today Grilling, if it wasn’t for friend of mine that passed away “Chet” Thanks.
