This thing is fantastic
I'm a brand new griller, and really wanted to make an infused chicken. I dry rubbed the chicken for 24 hours, and then put some wine, garlic cloves and lemon pieces in the little cup. Added the spike thing, slipped on the chicken, shoved in some sprigs of fresh rosemary, put on the top cap, and placed it on indirect heat at 350 degrees. Turned it at 45 minutes, and let it cook another hour. The chicken was a great hit, it was easy to do, the chicken roaster was easy to clean, and I'm going to do it many times again. I had looked at a WHOLE VARIETY of beer can chicken gizmos and selected this one as the bottom piece is deep enough to hold the juices (which were greatly appreciated when sprinkled over some kibble for the dogs), it's heavy, and the spike thing makes it easy to get the chicken on and off. Highly recommended. Sorry I can't attach a picture, because it was gorgeous!
