This is amazing!
I always wanted to build a brick pizza oven, which I could never afford nor did I have the space. So this year I asked for this to see how it worked. I was given the pizza stone for a Fathers Day/Birthday present. The first time I tried it I took the pizza off to early and the crust did not get done. The second time I made it perfect! Things to know if you use the handles they get really hot - hot enough to burn my glove. Second, when they say don't use metal with it they are right it leaves marks on the stone.
I used this on a Weber Genesis turn it up to high let it preheat for 15 min. Put my wife's homemade pizza on for 5 min. on high, and then turn the grill off for the last 5 min. The Pizza was amazing. My wife who was really skeptical loved it. I think all pizzas will now be made on the grill!
If you follow the instructions you will do well.
