I LOVE this cooking system and this griddle accessory!!!!! One Weber Recipe I find it works extremely well with is the Patty Melt Sandwich. We followed the recipe and Finished them off on the griddle. PERFECT...Could be similar for a Monte Cristo. I also like to fry up Polish Peirogies (Mrs T's in the supermarket is one brand, if not homemade) with onions. It works great and has a nice "extra bit of flavor" from the grilling wood. You can do some nice smoked Kiebasa on the side while finishing off the Pierogies It is also great to do BACON, and that can be used in many recipes!
