GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Purchased cover with Genesis grill one year ago....love my grill. The cover, now that's a bit of a different story. Through the winter while "puting on and taking off " the cover I noticed several cracks in the material. I went back to the point of purchase (Lowes) and told them about the issue...absolutely no help, told me there wasn't any warranty. So, I went home and called Weber, they were extremely helpful...seems there is a two year warranty and told me they would be sending me a new cover, which arrived within a few days. I work in the consumer products buisness and know that things do happen...this is where I expect the manufacturer to stand behind their product...which is exactly what the folks at Weber did. I will purchase other Weber accessories, but probably not from Lowes.
