Somewhat Disappointed - Part 2
You can see my first review dated December of 2013. After submitting that review, I was contacted by Weber Customer Service and after sending a photo of my damaged cover, they graciously replaced it for free. Well, I waited until the Spring to actually start using my new cover and this time the straps have lasted, which is very important because we get a fair amount of wind here in Connecticut and the straps do hold the cover in place. I'm recommending this product because I'm not ready to leave my grill uncovered to the elements.
The not so good news is the cover takes a real beating over the Winter and I just ordered a replacement cover: $75.61 with tax and shipping. I realize they come with a 2 year warranty and I'm not sure the type of wear and tear I'm experiencing qualifies, but I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I'll need to replace this cover every couple of years.
