After two centuries of grilling with charcoal we bought a Spirit 310 and we love it. I tried my first pizza using the pizza stone. The pizza came our great with lots of flavor, unlike that in out oven. The bottom was charred which was good news/bad news depending how you like your pizza. I would like mine a little less charred.
Unfortunately, Weber does not provide detailed instructions for using the pizza stone. It is kind of, "Hey, there are only two moving parts. You figure it out." I am going to try the indirect method next on high heat, but the system and the stone are great.
